Prices

Whichever style you choose the price is the same, and we don't ask for full payment up front. We do require an initial payment as deposit and to buy your domain name, but you will only be asked for the final payment when you are happy with your website.

There are four price elements:

1. The cost of the website (fee paid in two parts*)
2. Registration fee for the domain name (which lasts one or two years)
3. The cost of web hosting (renewable each year)
4. Annual service charge (our fee to maintain and update the website)

1.  The fee for the creation of a standard style website (five pages) is £150.00. Two page sites are £75.00, three pages are £100.00 and four pages are £125.00. *We require 50% of this at the time of ordering, and the second 50% once you are happy for your website to go "live".
If you only require a single-page website the fee is £50.00 payable in full with your order.
A custom site drawing on features from accross the range will be a little more expensive. Please phone us for a quote.
If you need more than 5 pages, we can add extra pages to all our styles. Each extra page costs £35.00. Extra pages are added to the total website cost and we require 50% of this at the time of ordering, and the second 50% once you are happy for your website to go "live".

2.  Domain names start at around £10.00 but are commonly around the £20-30.00 range. This fee registers the name for one or two years and then needs to be renewed.

3.  One year's web hosting should be no more than £50.00.

4.  Our annual service charge is £75.00. (Subject to fair-usage policy. See Terms and Conditions)

An example to give you an approximate idea of costs:

The initial charge would be £100.00: (1/2 website fee @ £75.00 + domain name @ £25.00)

The final payment would be £195.00: (1/2 website fee @ £75.00 + hosting @ £45.00 + service charge @ £75.00)

After the first year, only the annual service charge and hosting fees apply, with domain name registration becoming due every one or two years.

Search Engine optimization

By design, our websites are search-engine friendly.
However, search-engines can take up to six months to register sites and start listing them, and sites tend to move up the list the longer they exist.
For a small extra fee we can speed this process up. We manually submit your site to major search engines where this feature is available, and we can enhance the website code to attract search-engines to find your site.

Our Search-Engine optimization package costs just £25.00. This fee is payable with the second installment.
