Terms and conditions

1. msdriving.co.uk will create a website for you for an agreed one-off fee. We will purchase on your behalf an appropriate domain name (subject to availability), and will arrange professional hosting for your website.
We will thereafter undertake to maintain and update your site for an annual service charge of £75.00 (subject to clause 4).

2. Although msdriving.co.uk provides professional hosting for our web sites and there is usually 100% site uptime, we can accept no responsibilty for the failure of any of the servers and no consequential liability for any business that may be lost as a result of any server downtime.

3. The aim of our service is to provide you with a presence on the web and so it is sold on the understanding that the service (including the website) is for private use only by our clients and that it cannot be transfered to a third party or re-sold or re-packaged.
msdriving.co.uk retain intellectual property rights to the website, and it may not be re-produced, copied or modified in any way, or sold or hired out, either in whole or in part.
Any abuse of this condition will result in the web site and all related services being suspended. We regret that no refunds can be given in these circumstances.
You retain ownership of the domain name.

4. To avoid our update service being abused to the detriment of our other clients, we ask that changes to your website are limited. We would normally expect updates to be no more frequent than monthly, and that they are relatively small and straightforward.
If you anticipate that you may need frequent or substantial changes please speak to us and we can accomodate this but may need to increase the service fee.
